Overview

Ten frames (and five frames) are a staple of early childhood mathematics. They allow students to use their count-by-1s strategies to find numbers, while tacitly referencing that number to 10. This set of Cricut files allows you to cut counters and the frame. The frame can be glued to paper or a same-size sheet of foam for use with students.

MakerSpace Files

The files for the ten frames are below. These are relatively inexpensive and can be made with foam or cardstock paper. The Cricut, in this case, saves the teacher time in cutting out the individual counters and frame.
